A smaller satellite project to the nearby 20028 SH170 Project this project is in the City of Southlake and Town of Westlake in which Zachry has been contracted by TxDOT to add and reconstruct multiple frontage roads as well as their associated on and off ramps from Davis Blvd to Dove Rd on SH 114. With a very linear TCP Phasing the construction of the project has been slow and of recent the project has been with multiple delays and design changes as the result of existing utilities not shown in the plans and unknown to all parties involved in the project.
